. . . .KYLIE!!!!
You may remember that I mentionned a colouring contest in this post . Well, we got a phone call the other night that Kylie was a winner!!!! So today I went and picked up her prize. She was pretty tickled.
So I thought I should include a copy of her artwork:) Cough. Cough. Don't you think she just might be the next Picasso???
Yes, I understand that there is a great possibility that she may have been the only contestant in her age category. You see, you could hardly give this particular prize to a boy . . . or a girl much older than five . . . it just wouldn't work. So more than likely her category was "girls 4 and under". Probably not a whole lot of contestants. So Kylie won. Maybe it also helped that she put in two entries. The second being done with just as much care and consideration as the first one. Not sure why they let her put in two entries. . . but she had her eye on this particular prize . . . and she won!!! What else matters;)
The boys are pretty sure she has her ears pierced now. (Though Kade has also taken to stealing one of the earrings so that he can be a pirate). So we are now the proud owners of a treasure chest with numerous parts and pieces of princess paraphernalia . . . and of course we have a very happy little princess:)
Good work Kylie! Definitely some great potential there, eh Denise? :)
ReplyDeleteCute princess though!
