Konnor at Three Months

And time just keeps marching on! I'm hoping this will be my last in my uninterrupted series of "milestone" posts. Of course a month is very short . . .especially in these summerish months when so much is happening!  So we shall see!!
Konnor continues to be a super easy baby and he is so much fun. He is super friendly and you don't have to work too hard to get a smile out of him!
He is settling nicely into his own little routine and is becoming somewhat predictable.  I now feel comfortable leaving him for a couple hours at night, knowing he will either sleep or be content.
He has made a 180 degree turn around in terms of diaper changes.  In his first weeks, we couldn't get through a diaper change without wails of sadness. Now we can't make it through a diaper change without radiant smiles. He also is quite content with baths and they hardly ever make him sad either.
After a good nights' sleep - and he sleeps well every night! - he wakes up super happy and full of smiles. It is such a fun time of day!
He has started to laugh as well which is just about the funnest thing.  You honestly can't be in a bad mood when you've got a baby this charming smiling back at you!
This is another one of those outfits that has made its rounds.  It originated with cousin Jeremy who is exactly 15 years (and 4 days) older than Konnor.  Then it was given to us when Kevin was born and Kade and Karter have all worn it too. It's another one of those classics in my mind anyway!
Konnor is starting to move around - not rolling over but definitely from side to side.  He is getting stronger  in a lot of ways and loves to try to take it all in and get the best view.  He does a bit of tummy time but is not loving that as much as he did last month.
Konnor now weighs 12 lbs 5 oz . . . plus a little. (that was a week ago at his checkup) He is also very tall according to the nurse. She had to double check her measurements b/c she didn't think they were right.
He has found his hands but tends to do more sucking on them than examining them.
He continues to "talk" a little bit, but is quite quiet in general.
He does cry and has his "please pick me up and hold me!" moments.
He is ticklish.
He gets about a hundred kisses a day. Who can resist baby skin?!!
We are thankful for another month with this goober. We are enjoying every moment and thank God every day for this big blessing!
